Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the best service possible. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please refer to the timelines below:
Services canceled more than 14 days prior to the event or service date will receive a full refund.
Services canceled between 7 and 14 days will receive a 50% refund.
Services canceled between 2 and 6 days will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event or service date are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and the date of the request will determine the applicable refund rate.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 30% of the total service fee. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative and reservation costs. Late payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
