Event Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation terms to ensure fairness to both parties:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the event will incur a 50% charge of the total fee.
  • Cancellations made between 2 and 6 days prior will incur a 75% charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged 100% of the total fee.

We recommend notifying us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 30% of the total service fee. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative and reservation costs. Late payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

Privacy Policy

Off The Ground Sound takes your privacy seriously. We will never sell or use any information that you submit to us for anything other than correspondence between you (the information submitting party) and us. We also will not publish or use any media from an event without the consent of you, our trusted client.
