in 2011 Off The Ground Sound was formed out of a passion for celebration. Owner Shaun Anderson believes that getting top-quality audio, lighting and video should be affordable for every hardworking person. Hence the motto "Rock Your Event, Not Your Bank Account"!

Shaun Anderson has had a passion for music his whole life and began recording his own in 1998 with friends from High School. After serving in the US Navy for eight years planning Ship's functions as the PO in charge of Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) and leading Military Ball committees he returned to CT. Shaun found work at Guitar Center in Manchester, CT where he worked as the Pro-Audio department manager for seven years. During this time he built a vast network of DJs, Musicians as well as many, many other valuable contacts. Shaun was and still is regarded as one of the areas most professional sources for knowledge in the area of sound and lighting and is providing valuable services to everyone that he can reach.
